Baby Emma

I just wanted to let everyone know to keep Jake and Marissa's new baby Emma in your prayers..... They found out yesterday that she may have a problem with her small intestin s/p?
She is going in this morning to have an ultrasound done in VA. and if it comes back with what they are thinking...they will have to do surgery on her. So please keep them in your prayers! We are praying that it is just a really bad case of acid reflux and that they can fix it without surgery. I will keep you up to date with what is going on with her. Thank you all so much.

Been two weeks...sorry!

Well, I haven't taken many pictures these las two weeks. I have been so so busy lately.

This is the best opprotunity I have ever seen, and I have a very trusted (old) friend from like 15 years ago, helping me out and training me. I am so excited about doing this, and for all of you out there who read this, please keep me in your prayers with this...thanks :-)

on a less businessy note, Jake and marissa's baby is getting so big so fast! she is so sweet, and a very good little baby. Her and Marissa both have upper respritory problems right now though, and are having a hard time getting sleep!

Jacob has gotten military housing there where he is, so after Marissa's 6 week check up they are going to be joining him there in CT. I am going to be soooo sad to see them go, but I know they are only a car or train ride away! so they better expect alot of visits from me! ha ha

Babby Emma

Well she is finally here! and we finally know what "she" is!! I am glad they waited to find out now...it was a great suprise!

Mommy did a GREAT job, she was in labor for 24 1/2 hours, and was resiliant! Emma was 7 lbs 19 1/2 inches long, and born at 8:57 am. boy is she pretty! I think she looks just like mommmy, with just a hint of daddy in there :-) beautiful red hair too...but who would have guessed? with mom and dad having redish hair themselves! they will hopefully get to come home tonight, so I will post more pics when I get some. enjoy

here is daddy working HARD at the hospital! Do you know how hard it is to sleep like this? :-)
