Babby Emma

Well she is finally here! and we finally know what "she" is!! I am glad they waited to find out now...it was a great suprise!

Mommy did a GREAT job, she was in labor for 24 1/2 hours, and was resiliant! Emma was 7 lbs 19 1/2 inches long, and born at 8:57 am. boy is she pretty! I think she looks just like mommmy, with just a hint of daddy in there :-) beautiful red hair too...but who would have guessed? with mom and dad having redish hair themselves! they will hopefully get to come home tonight, so I will post more pics when I get some. enjoy

Just Some random pictures matt and I took about a month ago. Everything is going okay here. we moved into our new house finally! I will be posting some pics of it soon.

Oh and a little update....Jacob is out of boot camp, and in Sub boot camp now...if you can call it that :-) it is pretty layed back there, he gets liberty on the weekends to go where he wants within a certain distance, and we are able to go visit with him now. he is trying to be the top of his class do he gets to pick his duty station which will hopefully be norfolk virginia . and if not it could possibly be georgia, or something on the west coast!!! ahhh not happening if I have anything to say about it! hee hee. When talking with him on the phone he sounds great, and very excited about everything. only a few weeks until baby Johnson comes! (jan 6th) can't wait to finally meet it and find out what it IS!! We are praying that it will happen before the 6th because Jake gets leave to come here on the 28th of Dec, and will be here only until the 7th! so it needs to happen closer to dec 28th! so he can actually be here for it! (oh for those of you who may be confused, Marissa is staying here with us until a duty station is decided!) Well there is a little bit of Elizabeth City NC news :-) Love you all.......God bless
